Technical Drawings: Preparing detailed designs based on IEC, ASTM, and other international standards. Material Selection: Choosing the right conductor, cables, and raw materials for optimal performance. Prototype Testing: Conducting preliminary tests to validate the design and functionality.

Procurement & Supply Chain Management

Raw Material Sourcing: Procuring high-quality aluminium, alloys, and other components. Vendor Coordination: Engaging approved suppliers for timely material delivery. Inventory Management: Ensuring optimal stock levels for uninterrupted production.

Manufacturing & Quality Control

Production Execution: Manufacturing conductors and cables in GTPL’s Sangli and Nagpur plants. Testing & Inspection: Conducting rigorous quality checks, including tensile strength, resistance, and ampacity tests. Certifications: Ensuring compliance with NABL, ERDA, CPRI, and NETFA standards
