Sangli plant boasts a sprawling total area of 19,338 square meters and a built-up area of 8,000 square meters, housing state-of the-art machinery and equipment. Plant specializes in the production of a wide range of conductors, including AAC, ACSR, AAAC, AACSR, AL-59, HTLS & New Age Conductors catering to diverse power transmission & distribution needs. The plant is equipped with advanced machinery for aluminum wire drawing, stranding and heat treatment. It also houses fully equipped testing laboratories to ensure adherence to stringent quality standards. Plant has an impressive conductor manufacturing capacity of 40,000 TPA.
This facility, spread across a vast 21,044 square meters of land with a built-up area of 2,787 square meters is not only dedicated to conductor manufacturing but also houses advanced cable production capabilities. In addition to manufacturing conductors like ACSR, AAAC, and AL-59, plant has diversified into the production of HT/LT AB cables, HT/LT Power Cables, MVCC Covered / Insulated Conductors and Solar Cables. The plant is equipped with advanced machinery for aluminum wire drawing, stranding and heat treatment, extruders, laying, bunching machines. It also houses fully equipped testing laboratories to ensure adherence to stringent quality standards. The Nagpur plant has an installed capacity of 20,000 TPA for conductors and cables.
Galaxy Aluminium LLP (GALLP), a group company located in the adjacent premises of Sangli Plant specializing in the manufacturing of aluminum rods of various grades, including EC, T4, Al-59, and others. This backward integration ensures a consistent supply of high-quality raw materials for the conductor & cable manufacturing plants, enhancing production efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The plant is equipped with advanced infrastructure like Melting & Holding Furnaces, Casting Machine, Induction Heater, Rolling Mill & skilled workforce. With its integrated testing laboratory enables GTPL to deliver high-quality conductors that meet the evolving needs of the power transmission industry. Rolling mill has a production capacity of 50,000 TPA.
